$160.00 per 50-minute session.

Payment is due at the beginning of each session. Credit and HSA cards are accepted.

Limited sliding scale options may be available; please ask!

Insurance

I accept United Healthcare, Oscar,  UMR, Aetna, Optum, and Cigna isurance. Verify your health insurance coverage when you arrange your first visit.

 

For private pay clients, I can provide a "superbill" that might allow for out -of-network reimbrusement from your insurance company.

Cancellation Policy

I request 24 hours notice to cancel appointments without charge, as I have reserved that time for you. That being said, I'm pretty understanding about unexpected occurrences. As long as you notify me and reschedule within the week of the missed appointment, I will waive the cancellation charge.
